If so then enter the Spring Challenge Tournament by returning the attached entry form. This coild be your first opportunity to be recognised by the County selection team.  We need a minimum of  18 men & lady players for next season's teams.

This year the Warwickshire festival will be held at St Nicholas Park Sports Centre, Warwick on the 13 May, 12.0 - 7.0pm.
A form has been sent to each of the district representatives in order to submit players names willing to play in the event.
If you have an interest in playing then please contact your district representative to get your name on his list.  Contact details for each rep can be found within the Districts section on this site.
As usual, on the day, free parking passes will be available just prior to the start time, and the cost to enter is expected to be about £6.00 per player.
Ray Kellard with assistance from Graham Chilvers will be organising the event.

Over the years in which I have been involved in County Badminton I have learned of a number of players and officials who share my interest in playing golf.

Last year I held the first Chairman's golf day at Leominster Golf club and the event was won by Jill Pittard.

This year the event is to be played on Friday 18th May at Kington Golf Club, Herefordshire which is the highest Golf club in England, the first tee being 1284 feet above sea level so you need to be prepared for all seasons during the day. The event is open to all players and officials within Warwickshire  The first 16 to send an entry form with payment will be entered.

Solihull & Shirley Senior Bronze Tournament will be held at:   The Doug Ellis Sports Centre, Birmingham City University, City North Campus. 130 Wellhead Lane, Perry Bar, B42 2SY   The event is open to players affiliated through a County Badminton Association to Badminton England.  All Competitors should be 16 and over on 1st January 2012 Completed entry forms together with the appropriate entry fee should be forwarded to the competition secretary at the address below to arrive no later than 22nd January 2012.
